Come, Paint with Me!
I've been teaching art for more than 20 years - because I love it! I love when experienced painters' eyes light up because they've learned something new and when students new to painting get super excited at the world of possibilities that open up to them artistically. Most recently, I have taught abstraction for the Art League of Alexandria (VA) - every semester - for 10 years - and I've taught pastel painting in workshops in New Orleans, New York and in the Delmarva area for longer. I've hosted groups of students on a pastel painting retreats to France, Scotland, Mexico and in 2025, I'll be teaching pastels in the Hudson River Valley and in Costa Brava, Spain!
